Stiletta Blanc

The Stiletta Blanc was a custom creation made for one of our first Negroni Week events. It is a riff on a riff of sorts, with the Stiletta being a Negroni riff with tequila, sweet vermouth, and Campari. Our riff is a brighter take and is a perfect chilled drink to serve up in the summer.

Stiletta Blanc

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1oz Mezcal Joven (we prefer Del Maguey Vida)

  • 1oz Lillet Blanc

  • 1oz Aperol

DIRECTIONS:

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice until well chilled

  • Pour into a chilled coupe glass

  • Garnish with a star anise pod
