Elote Negroni

Inspired by one of Mexico’s most famous and delicious street snacks, the Elote Negroni blends the best of Mexican spirits and liqueurs to create a unique flavor reminiscent of Elote itself.

Elote Negroni

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1oz Mezcal joven (we prefer Vago Elote)

  • 1oz Nixta liqueur

  • 1oz Ancho Reyes Rojo liqueur

DIRECTIONS:

  • Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass

  • Stir with ice until well chilled

  • Pour into a rocks glass over ice

  • Garnish with a flamed tamale wrapper (add Tajín on the rim for an extra spice)
